Add explicit lint-comment-style fallthrough annotations.
GCC now assumes that if you don't have these you're making a mistake,
which is annoying.
XXX: This changeset updates the AG output files only (by hand) and is
XXX: abusive - rebuilding them will erase the change. However, I need
XXX: to get things to build before I can try to get AG to issue the
XXX: annotations itself, so this seems like a reasonable expedient.

AnaGram 2.40 ------------ This is the first open-source release of AnaGram. As such it should be construed as a beta version - we encourage you to test it out, but recommend caution. Installation instructions may be found in doc/install/install.txt. The manual is in doc/manual; supplemental updates to the manual are in doc/mansupp. The other miscellaneous documentation, including release notes and the like, is in doc/misc. Documentation for AnaGram developers is in doc/devel.
