Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
Switch to static inline as an expedient build fix. Should probably set this up with working C99 inline but for the moment I don't have the energy.

Note when editing this in the source tree that the links to the help
text, mansupp, and the manual itself won't work - they're arranged so
they work after installation.
