Open issue 1148 (broke in 2013q2)

undefined references to `event_sigcb' and `event_gotsig'
fixed by christos 20130523
that fix apparently worked for joerg but dholland's
build (and the -6 build) now fails with:
expected ')' before 'fd'
(apparently because evutil_socket_t isn't defined)
