The database behind this thing hasn't been updated in aeons so all the data here is pretty well useless until someone takes charge of maintaining it.

did not occur in the 20131208 build, for no clear reason
same for 20131227.
I have absolutely no idea why it would be intermittent, as it fails in configure (which is non-parallel), but it seems to be.
Not going to mark it fixed unless it stays gone for a long time or an actual fix is applied, either to it or ImageMagick or p5-PerlMagick.
