The database behind this thing hasn't been updated in aeons so all the data here is pretty well useless until someone takes charge of maintaining it.

Broke in 0.oldold. Seen in 2013q2.

Affects netbsd-current; amd64; and gcc.

It is caused by an internal helper program failing without any
error messages so the docs don't get installed, but it's not
clear why or why it affects only some platforms.
