Affects wm/afterstep
Broke in 0.oldold. Seen in 2013q2.
Affects netbsd-current; amd64; and gcc.
It is caused by an internal helper program failing without any
error messages so the docs don't get installed, but it's not
clear why or why it affects only some platforms.
joerg tagged the package not MAKE_JOBS_SAFE on 20130627; check
if that's related.
